The Micah Mandate collects the information you provide to review your membership application, maintain membership and dues records, arrange service opportunities, and communicate about your application and membership. Church, denomination, faith acknowledgments, and service interests can reveal religious affiliation. Optional family, birth date, address, and professional fields may be left blank as indicated.
Member records and signed acknowledgments are not published on this website. Access is restricted to authorized membership administrators according to their roles. Authorized exports and backups are used for membership administration; payment card details are not collected by this form. Website hosting, secure database, and configured email providers process information needed to operate these services.
Records are retained while needed to review applications, administer membership and renewals, and document the accepted statement. Leadership reviews retention and recovery settings and may retain necessary acknowledgment or financial records after other information is no longer needed. You may contact leadership to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative or recordkeeping purposes.
Application and membership notices are separate from optional group communications. You can choose whether to receive optional communications and can later ask leadership to update that choice.
Contact micahmandate.admin@gmail.com with privacy or membership questions.
The current notice is also shown in the application before you acknowledge it.
